I am a traveler from a small town in the Midlands, where I appreciate the simple things in life like comfortable beds and large TVs. When I booked my stay at this hotel, I was delighted to find that it met all my preferences - from the ease of entry and comfy beds to the layout of the apartment and the large TV. the care package of cleaning items was a nice touch, and I particularly enjoyed watching the squirrels in the garden and listening to the owls hooting at night. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Malvern hills, and the parking was convenient. Despite a few minor issues like the smoke detectors above the cooker, which made cooking a bit challenging, I had a wonderful stay. the staff were attentive, and the deposit was promptly returned.
